Orecchiette - literally "little ears" in Italian - is a rustic, pulled pasta straight outta Puglia in Southern Italy. Its scooped shape makes it the perfect sauce-catcher, veggie-hugger and flavor-lover.
Handcrafted by a fifth-generation family-run company in the heart of Italy, Olivelle's artisan Orecchiette pasta is made with just two ingredients: organic Italian durum wheat semolina and water. That's it. But don't let the simplicity fool you - this pasta packs a punch with a toothsome texture, rich flavor, and nutrition that puts regular pasta to shame.
